Maya Mountain Lodge STRONGLY encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance to cover against cancellation, as we are unable to refund payments for reservations cancelled after free cancellation dates.

– Bookings that are made based on check-in date April 30th/2025, to November 14th /2025 fall under our 7-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 8 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are nonrefundable

– Bookings that are made based on check-in dates, Nov.15 th / 2022 to January 3rd /2026, fall under our 60-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 61 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.

– Bookings that are made based on check-in date, January 4th/2026, to April 30th/2026, fall under our 14-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made on 14 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.

– We can provide a 20% discount on group bookings of 5 units for 3+ nights.

– We can provide a 15% discount on groups of 3 units for 3+ nights.

Group cancellations made 60 days or more from your arrival date will be fully refunded.

Group cancellation made less than 59 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
