Cancellation Policy
(No shows and cancellations for circumstances out of the lodge’s control such as canceled flights and
weather are not refundable.)
Maya Mountain Lodge STRONGLY encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance to cover against
cancellation, as we are unable to refund payments for reservations cancelled after free cancellation
dates.
– Bookings that are made based on check-in date, January 4th/2026, to April 30th/2026, fall under our
14-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before your arrival date will be fully
refunded. Cancellations made on 14 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
– Bookings that are made based on check-in date, May 1st/2026, to October 30th/2026, fall under
our 7-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 8 days or more before your arrival date will be
fully refunded. Cancellations made on 14 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
– Bookings that are made based on check-in dates, November 1st/2026 to January 11th/2027, fall under
our 60-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 61 days or more before your arrival date will be
fully refunded. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
All Group Bookings
– We can provide a 20% discount on group bookings of 5 units for 3+ nights.
– We can provide a 15% discount on groups of 3 units for 3+ nights.
Group cancellations made 60 days or more from your arrival date will be fully refunded.
Group cancellation made less than 59 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
Payments
Know that all charges will be made in Belize Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, which is
currently 2 BZD for 1 USD, please note that this can change. Your bank or credit card company may
apply additional fees for facilitating a foreign transaction.
