Cancellation Policy
(No shows and cancellations for circumstances out of the lodge’s control such as canceled flights and weather are not refundable.)
Maya Mountain Lodge STRONGLY encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance to cover against cancellation, as we are unable to refund payments for reservations cancelled after free cancellation dates.
– Bookings that are made based on check-in dates, Nov.15 th / 2025 to January 3rd /2026, fall under our 60-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 61 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
Bookings that are made based on check-in date of January 4, 2026 to April 30, 2026, fall under our 14-day cancellation policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more before your arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made on 14 days or less before the arrival date are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
Know that all charges will be made in Belize Dollars at the prevailing exchange rate, which is currently 2 BZD for 1 USD, please note that this can change. Your bank or credit card company may apply additional fees for facilitating a foreign transaction.
