SATURDAY EVENT – Enjoy Culture & Yoga

  • 4:30 pm – 5 pm: We do a little demonstration on healthy meals. It varies on a weekly basis. So far we have shown guests how to do your own yogurt from scratch, how to make green drinks and so forth 🙂
  • 5 pm – 6 pm: Free Yoga class by the pool
  • 7 pm: A demonstration on how the Mestizo meal ( entree ) is prepared and what ingredients we use. The entree being: Salbutes, Garnachas, Empanadas and Bollito de Chaya.
